Presenting: The Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks: A World Heritage Site recognized by the United Nations

William H. McGuffey Elementary students from Ms. Mary Borgia's 5th Grade class gave a presentation about what UNESCO World Heritage is, its process, how it would affect Newark
and the local community; ending with a call for support for UNESCO World Heritage status
 for the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks at the meeting of the Newark City Council's Economic Development Committee. The Committee then unanimously passed a resolution to support UNESCO World Heritage for the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks.
